Rhonda Chadwick, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Rhonda joined RBC in 2017 where she was hired as an executive assistant. She currently serves as firm administrator, where she is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the administrative support functions of the firm. She is also the go-to person for anything involving Human Resources. Rhonda began her professional career in 1994 and is a member of SHRM and SAHRMA. 

 A positive and friendly professional, Rhonda is known around the office as a helpful part of the team. She is someone you can feel comfortable approaching with any firm needs. Rhonda believes that her success lies in a strong work ethic, her willingness to learn, her family, and her faith.  

Originally from Loudon, Tennessee, Rhonda now resides in San Antonio where she loves the people and diversity of the city. When not at work you can find Rhonda crafting, trying new restaurants, spending time with her family, or maybe even filming commercials! Rhonda once filmed a commercial for Sam’s Club so who knows, maybe she will do it again. While she may reside in San Antonio, she still cheers on her favorite Tennessee football team, the University of TN Volunteers.
