Megan Padilla

Megan joined RBC in 2021 and serves in the role of marketing coordinator. Officially responsible for all marketing efforts and events for the firm, “Marketing Megs” says her job is really about making sure the accountants have fun! Personable and creative, she leads with authenticity and is always willing to learn.

Megan lives with her one-eyed pug, Winston. When not on the job, she enjoys working out and spending time with friends and family. A lover of familiar favorites, Megan eats chicken every single day, listens to her queen Beyoncé always, and has rewatched Gilmore Girls more times than she can count! She cheers for the San Antonio Spurs and the Dallas Cowboys.
