Alyssa Valdez

Alyssa became part of RBC in 2018 as a member of the Information Technology (IT) department, where she assists in the maintenance of IT infrastructure. Her daily responsibilities include helping troubleshoot errors, providing solutions to end-users, and equipping new employees. Alyssa’s work is vital in ensuring that all software is up to date and working correctly for the firm.

Alyssa currently lives in San Antonio with her partner, Glenn, and their three children, Keira, Luke, and Elena. She loves that San Antonio is a great military city, with lots of support for veterans and rich with cuisine and culture. Alyssa is easygoing and always up for an adventure, whether it is hiking through a national park or just going on a Target run. She is well-traveled and has lived in two countries and ten different states throughout her life, though she says Texas is the best!
